Lovely practice, all the receptionists I have spoken to have been so accommodating :) working in a dental practice myself know how hard NHS appointments can be!

Near impossible to get them to answer the phone or call you back, let alone make a GP appointment. The one time I managed to get a doctor to call me back he was rather curt, unprofessional and unsympathetic. Worst practice I've had the misfortune of dealing with.

Praise the NHS for everything they have done for us in these hard times but not the reseption staff at hartwood health centre. The way they treat patients its disgusting. They don't listen they don't care and they talk to you like your nothing. This isn't aimed at all the reception staff just a certain few.

i’ve been going to this doctors surgery since i was a child, i’m 20 in january and the last few years they have become appalling.. i am brushed off by every doctor, treated like rubbish and leave feeling ridiculed. i have had an ongoing problem for years and no one will listen to me.. the first time today i took my partner in as witness and he was disgusted by how they spoke to me, i’ve come away with nothing resolved and just more anxiety over my head. if i could drive i would change surgery on an instant. it’s just upsetting knowing something is wrong and being told there is nothing and all i want is medication! not the case at all! it’s disgusting.

To leave feedback you need to give a star, unfortunately you can't give your opinion without a star. That's why I personally wouldn't give any and I don't recommend this GP. We rarely get sick, but now how I was treated and how they treated my children is discrimination, I was told we wouldn't get antibiotics and the children were sent home with a fever of 39, according to the doctor it's nothing and he didn 't order any tests for the rash and said he couldn't  give a diagnosis and we're supposed to go home. I asked for an appointment for 3 weeks, and for an antibiotic for 2 weeks. All I was offered was a phone call and no prescription. Finally, at the hospital, they admitted my children and got antibiotics. I have been thinking for a long time whether to write reviews, but next time, or for messages to other mothers, ask in writing that they do not want to accept you and refuse the prescription, because this is confirmation for us, for customers, that we have not been helped, and then  we can complain and go to up with this.

Awful, awful, awful. Never answer the phone, I have tried to contact them about my child for over a month. When finally answered been told to call back tomorrow as no available appointments. Could not make and advance even though my son had chest pains. Eventually ended up in a&e !!! Disgusting

Busy practice helpful staff friendly Doctors are amazing and will listen to any concerns you have.Always a quality service. Not being able to make appointments in advance since Covid is very unhelpful however.

Absolutely no chance of getting a appointment, sorry all gone". Filled out a E form to forward book an appointment and received a message back that made no sense as they obviously don't read the message just scan through it."

Absolute disgusting behaviour!!! From the receptionist! Very obnoxious towards my mum! Cancelled on my Dad, saying they have Covid yet were seeing people that same day and we still have no results for him!
