When requesting the possibility of my taking a small item to my apartment to try its suitability I was told in the event of a return my money would not be refunded.I would receive a credit note .I expressed dismay supporting my standing saying Marks and Spencer refund money as does Harrods. I was told” so go to Harrods “........This was in Belfast !!!!

I bought a beautiful handmade mattress in store and had it delivered next day free of charge. Excellent customer service, and quality furniture. Would highly recommend a visit and purchase from this store.

Don't expect any after sales customer service from this store. I brought a faulty item back and was initially told it was the last one and I couldn't have my money back which was not satisfactory. I then spoke to the owner, Kieran on the phone and he was rude, angry and extremely aggressive and basically told me it was fine when left shop and to go fix it myself. He eventually said he would repair it which I reluctantly accepted but the same fault has developed again. I was a loyal customer and had spent over £2000 in the last year but I will never be back and the faulty item has been repaired at my own cost and inconvenience. I will take my custom elsewhere. BTW the 30% off sale for one weekend only has been on for the last 4!

Got our leather sofa recovered by Simply Grand Furniture and what can I say it's like a brand new sofa. Service and communication was great, very happy and would recommend!

My sister and I have discovered this shop by accident and love it. The only problem is I don't need any furniture and the shop is full lof the most gorgeous items, just to temping!

Absolutely love this store!...This is not the first time I've made a substantial purchase from Simply Grand Furniture but the first time I've taken the time out to write a review ....Simply because I think they truly deserve the praise! I've just purchased new dining room & sunroom furniture and kitchen island chairs. Everything is as they say bespoke. Look I've bought furniture from the big stores like Creations too, but if you want something different, exceptional quality and competively priced, don't go past Simply Grand Furniture. This is a local family business, which I love and they offer extensive upholstery from new sofa purchase to recovering a beloved family chair to all your furniture needs. If you've seen something you like bring them in a picture and they'll try and source it for you. Patricia and Ciaran are completely lovely to deal with from order right through to delivery and anything in between.... nothing is a bother. On first walking in, I dealt with the very knowledgeable Trisha, you can tell this girl has a passion for interiors, her customer service is excellent but she wants, you as the customer to feel happy with your investment. She's not just some sales person trying to hit a target.I can't recommend the team at SGF everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I'm a super happy customer. I'll be back !
