Good 24/7 gym, fairly expensive for a gym but has good equipment and helpful staff

Clean and tidy gym, friendly staff, well equipped and cool. Lacks an astro strip and showers can be temperamental/ no shower gel.

Not bad lot of Wanabies in there good place if u need a small gym

DO NOT PAY THESE SCAMMERS ANYTHING.I bought a 6 month long student membership which comes at the hefty cost of £26.99 a month. If you even so much as miss ANY of these payments they will incensently harass you with calls and emails, and you have to pay a late fee on top of the £26.99 you missed. You can't even cancel this membership because there is a COMMITMENT PERIOD which is the most bizarre rule for service like this and is totally archaic. If you attempt to exit the commitment period this company with extort for as much money as they possibly can, essentially forcing you to go along with their demands. Once you're free of this awful commitment period there are no emails, texts, calls, or letters of any kind to tell that you're commitment period has ended. They will continue to charge you every month even if you have stopped using their gym. You can easily tell that this was by design as the ability to request a cancellation of your membership isn't even accessed on your account page, it's accessed at the very bottom of the anytime fitness webpage. Today I was stolen of £26.99 for a service I have not used for MONTHS and never intend to use ever again.TL;DR: THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY AND CONTINUE TO DO SO FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS ON END, HARASS YOU, AND MAKE IT NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO WITHDRAW.

Avoid Avoid Avoid! So I recently cancelled my direct debit with Anytime Totton 5 months after my so called contract ended. I received a call from the gym asking why I had cancelled this. I explained that there was no way of cancelling as my email I signed up with no longer existed. So I was asked by the girl on the call if I wanted to cancel my membership and I said yes please. I thought that was that. Oh how wrong I was. I have since been bombarded with calls, texts messages and palmed off with lame excuses from the staff saying you need to cancel this way etc, you can’t cancel your membership you owe money still. I owe nothing I paid my last payment cancelled my direct debit and also told someone on the phone I cancelled. Nobody contacted me to say your membership renewal was due or in fact changing price. I leave a message at the gym asking the manger to call me back and all I get is we can’t do that you have to call or come in. They send a so called cancellation form which is in fact a form to start taking a direct debit again! How unlawful is that. If they continue with their incessant harassment I will be seeking legal advice. Shame on Anytime! I will be sharing my experience on Local Faceboook groups and other review platforms.
