I've used Martley Road garage a few times now for my mot, really friendly and helpful staff, I'd definitely recommend Martley garage.

I have written my experience in all 3 garage locations for this mrg franchise in Worcester. My car was originally dropped off at the bransford branchDon't go here. I have been to them before and always assumed they would be fair. I took my car as it was making odd noises and they fixed an axel bar that was very bad. That's all ok however I felt something still wasn't right and on picking up even the mechanic admitted he'd heard a noise and had checked it again. A week later I felt that there was still an issue so booked have another look. The mechanic barely looked and told me it was normal sounds and sent me on my way well skip a couple of months and still the noise continued so I went to another garage. They straight away found an issue that they believe has been there some time so the other garage should have picked it up on it. Because they didn't my car has not only been dangerous to drive but more damage has been caused by driving it with the issue and the tyres have been warn as tracking not checked... I spoke to the garage to raise my concerns and they won't even for a moment admit any missed issues etc. From the damage to my car the new garage believes it has been like it when they had my car ...not good.

Really can't knock this garages service,I had trouble getting my car to them so they went out there way to collect and drop off,friendly team,excellent service and great value, I strongly reccomend this garage to all,thanks again martley road garage
