I would highly recommend this company the engineer that came out to repair a leak on my bathroom radiator put a new valve on came after previous plumber didn't do the job correctly the young man was very professional and cleaned up after himself and left the place immaculate. He was polite and courteous all the time he was there thank you Lennon it was a good job.Once again the fixing of my expansion tank and a new kitchen tap. Can highly recommend this company. Professional job. Left everything clean and tidy.Thank you Thomas excellent job.

I had a very good experience with Thompson from the day 1 to the day they finished their work. they maintained time, done a detailed inspection of the issue, provided those details in a lay-man terms for us to understand and getting agreement from us on the solution and assisting.

Thompson's replaced a number of radiators, valves and carried out a power flush of my central heating system recently.Most of the work was carried out by Gregg, with company director Rick Greenwood assisting him.These guys were fantastic - they were professional, efficient and personable, worked brilliantly as a team and obviously took a lot of pride in their work.Rick Greenwood even came out personally at very short notice on a Friday evening to correct an error that a different plumber had made.Zara in the office who manages bookings and accounts was very friendly, knowledge and efficient too.Absolute 5 star company - I'll be using them for annual services from now on.

First time using this company and more than happy to use again. The gas engineer arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. He did a thorough job of servicing the boiler and also adjusted the hot water pressure which was way too fierce, caused a mess if you turned the kitchen sink tap too far. Very pleased; I am a happy customer who will return.

We made an emergency call when water was dripping through our lounge ceiling. The plumber phoned shortly before he arrived to make sure we were ready for his arrival ( windows open etc) and he quickly established that the washer on the supply hose to the tap had failed. He replaced it, tested it, checked it with me so I can monitor it for a while and left. He was very polite and respectful. He even returned a short time later with our parking permit, which I had forgotten to ask him for as he packed his tools into his van.A job well done and much appreciated. And hopefully the bill won’t break the bank!

Really good, friendly service. Not only that, talked me through everything they were doing and showed photos of where the leak was. Wasn't an easy thing to find considering how awkward my bathroom is. Would definitely use again.
