Took my border collie cross to be clipped. He has come back shaved with actual shave marks obvious on his fur. A border collie should never be shaved! He has been shaved so close that I can see pink skin in places. My dog is distressed and I am extremely unhappy

Fantastic with my pooch however when I requested a full groom I'd have thought the ears would have been cleaned, but I won't mark them down on that as my pup looked amazing

We got our long haired dachshund groomed here today. Other places we’ve been to haven’t got it right but brush puppies did exactly what we wanted and did a great job. They were friendly and polite and put Otis at ease when he was a little nervous. Will definitely be going back. Thank you!
