We absolutely loved having the letters at our wedding! They were the perfect finishing touch for our venue and looked great. A HUGE thank you to Charlotte and her team for our wonderful light up initials at our wedding. Communication from Charlotte was friendly and efficient right from the beginning through to discussing set up and timings. Susie did a fabulous job delivering and setting up our letters just as we'd asked and they looked fantastic - we received so many compliments about them and they just set off the Oak Barn at our venue perfectly. We are so glad we found Alana's Love and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

We have used Alana's Love a couple of times now for our Wedding in June '22 and then my wife's 30th Birthday in December '22.The letters (and numbers) we ordered from them were perfect for our days and looked great. Charlotte extremely helpful in her support and responses - even setting up the letters for us on the day.Great service, we would recommend them to anyone and use them again.

I had the pleasure of working with Charlotte on a photoshoot I organised a few months ago, the communication before the event was faultless and she listened to what I wanted on the day and suggested styling during the event.The LOVE letters were lovely, they had absolutely no scuffs on them, perfectly pristine!I'll look forward to working with Charlotte in the future, she is an absolute joy to work with and her hard work really does show.

Absolutely loved hiring the light up 30 from Charlotte. They were in perfect condition and I was even supplied with spare lights and touch up paint! They were a great addition to the decorations and really made my 30th birthday feel special! Will 10000% be hiring light up numbers/letters again! Charlotte even fit delivery and picking up around me which I found so helpful!
