When we found ourselves in the nightmare scenario of a caved in ceiling caused by heavy rainfall 24 hours before catching a flight abroad Kem was our saviour.An extremely prompt response. He treated us as an emergency and fitted us in around other jobs to make sure we were all fixed up for leaving the country.Kem solved the issues causing the immediate problem, and whilst it seems we could benefit from some additional maintenance to future proof us, he didn’t try and persuade us this more expensive work needed doing right away.A true knight in shining armour for us, and true to the name of the business there have been no leaks since we’ve been away! Absolutely amazing service. Has done a brilliant job and I have peace of mind that my property is water tight and ready for whatever the winter throws at it. Fascias and soffits are gorgeous. Very professional tidy workers and cleared up at the end of each day. My house has had a face lift and looks wonderful. Highly recommend. Will use them again.
