brilliant team, phone answered by real persons, advice absolutely reliable, genuine follow-up service on purchased items - and of particular importance to an 82 year old chap depending for 40 years on computers but not knowing enough about them - patient and so efficient that they have kept me going for years! no other team like that in my experience. have told them, but glad of this opportunity to recommend the entire team publicly.

Needed my laptop fixed but I forgot it was Bank Holiday. Luckily Phil was in the store and sorted my problem out for me. Massive help considering I needed my laptop for work ASAP. Thank you for the solid favour! Very nice interior as well which gives a sense of professionalism too.

Had an accidental spillage of a latte over my laptop at work. Unfortunately it had turned on by itself while left for drying (from an automatic suspended mode) and by this it burned the motherboard. I called this store being closest to where I live and having seen good reviews and I can confirm they are very helpful and reasonably priced. They tried cleaning it inside and see if they could salvage it and obviously nothing could be done as I expected but luckily the hard drive was ok to recover my data which they did promptly after I gave them a big enough flash drive. They kept me updated throughout. Good service.

Got my case all tidied up and a new graphics card fitted so overall really satisfied with their service!Had a few hiccups with the processor though but that was all sorted after they had another look at it. Would recommend to anyone with any PC related issues :)

Absolute lifesavers! Monday morning realisation that I'd left the power cables for both work & personal laptops in a hotel... these folks sorted me with one brand new & one refurbished 2nd hand. Very helpful & reasonably priced for this emergency service :-)

I cant recommend this place highly enough. In a time of, quite honestly, continually poor service from others, this place goes above and beyond. Worked tirelessly to sort out a pc for us that literally was a nightmare. It took days to sort and they were patient and professional throughout. Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. Fantastic service 5 *
