Great home ! The staff there is really friendly and caring!

I repeatedly complained about my mum’s care specifically removing her call bell so she couldn’t call for help. The home failed consistently to ensure this happened. I have been left heartbroken at the way she was treated.

My mum has just come to this home and she has diementia.The staff there are fantastic and when you call them nothing is to much trouble.Considering i dont live in the Uk they keep me informed of everything.I would just like to say a big thank you to them all.

I don’t want to give it one star ….terrible place …treated my mum appallingly….she lived with dementia she suffered a severe burn on the top of her left leg ….never got to the bottom of it ….we took her out of the hell hole …..some staff were appalling…treating my dad disgustingly …..avoid this care home …what happened there will haunt me for the rest of my life
