The Maple Manor Hotel
Late check in as we had been out for day. Room was clean but the bathroom had a big brown stain in the bottom of the toilet which looked liked it had been left by previous guest the floor looked liked it had had a massive leak and the grout around the shower was rotten. Did have a good sleep tho despite the plane noise.BREAKFAST was disgusting there was no cups for tea/coffee no bowls for cereal not one clean table available to sit at only one slice of bread for toast and the only 2 croissants left were stuck to the serving plate and were not cooked in the middle there was no cheese or ham.left and a mashed up muffin that looked liked in had a finger in it. We just turned around went back to our room packed and checked out £130 a bit much so definitely won't be returning .

Wonderful place to stay, close to the airport. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever experienced! The staff is very friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommend.

The Maple Manor Hotel
I was blown away by this place. The staff were beyond amazing and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. The venue itself is small and personal, absolutely ideal for a smaller wedding. Loads of parking, immaculately clean, excellent catering (including the breakfast!), easy to find and not miles from main roads. Yes there is plane noise as Gatwick is so close, but the only place it was really noticeable was in the grounds at the front of the building. Definitely a hidden gem.

The picture’s definitely do not represent the real property. What a scam of of a hotel accommodations. This hotel is not idea for someone without a car. I explained we would arrive via train and needed to get a taxi there from train station which I did. Upon entering, I felt we were intruding as the girl at the desk was initially not there. There was a young girl in adjacent room coloring. The hotel clerk showed us to our room which was exactly beside where the child was coloring, within 5 feet. The room was ok, but not at what I expected. There were no dining options there or within walking distance. The property was run down, our window view was a very large propane tank outside the bedroom window. I tried to log onto the internet with the password given, and my phone alerted me it was an unsecured network but the final kicker was the sound of the planes going over (2 in 15 min). There was never any mention of noise on the booking site. We checked out. The receptionist did call us a taxi. We were happy to get a room by Gatwick Airport.

Brilliant Grade 2 listed hotel with lovely clean and fresh rooms and A tidy little bar. It's situated right alongside the runway and ideal for getting to Gatwick terminals.

Such a beautiful hotel grounds. The room was simple, clean and practical with the most comfortable bed. My door wouldn't lock easily and the walls were thin but all round good private space.I didn't try the breakfast offered (7am-10am) however the check-in staff member was so kind and helpful.I used Bolt (local Uber option) to get to Gatwick (for trains to London and for my flight). Consistently 12£ - 18£ per trip as there are no buses or trains which go that way.Thank you Maple Manor Team.

Close to Gatwick. Reasonable rates. Friendly staff. Car park on site. Cold buffet Breakfast included. Starts to get noisy around 5am with take off and landing.. will use again

The Maple Manor Hotel
Nice place,with very friendly and helpful staff and a good location (for where I had to be). It's an old building and it shows its faults here and there. But if you are not looking for a 5 star experience and want to benefit from a good rest and good service this definitely is a place to be.If I need to come back I will definitely return to this place to sleep.

Have stayed here several times. First time I have had to amend a booking due to some airline issues. The hotel were great and substituted some days for us later in the year without any issues. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, the breakfast was a well stocked cold buffet type, but whilst limited in selection, was of good quality with unlimited coffee, cereal etc. Room was comfortable and clean and whilst slightly dated bathroom, was adequate and not an issue at all. Good onsite parking available at a charge but very safe. Will definitely stay again and an ideal base for Gatwick airport.

The employee at the front desk Leila was very helpful and accommodating in ensuring that we had the most pleasant stay possible. She was very friendly, spoke to us at length about our travels, the area and gave us possible activities for when our flight got delayed. She made the hotel stay a very pleasant one and I would happily return thanks to her.
