Baby Wellness Yorkshire

Baby Yoga is a great class that's pitched just right. It's relaxing and the fun elements aren't too silly but not too serious either. Nicki's happy to offer advice or give tips on how to help baby to roll or make tummy time more comfortable/interesting. Brilliant when the other mums ask something and you all learn!

Nicki is a great teacher and makes the baby massage and yoga classes fun but retains a calm atmosphere. She is very supportive and encourages you to ask questions and share concerns. I use things I've learnt in class every day. Really lovely classes.

I’ve tried baby massage (at 3-4 months) and baby yoga (4-5 months) and both have been great. The class at the village hall is well set up, it’s a good number of people, it’s relaxed and Nicki is friendly and knowledgeable about baby development. Highly recommended for mum and baby.

We have just started our second set of baby yoga sessions with Nicki at Baby Wellness. The classes are really friendly and relaxed. Nicki is very knowledgeable and so down to earth, her classes are baby led with no pressure at all. We have learnt lots of skills that we can use at home as well. Would definitely recommend Baby Wellness.
