Roop Beauty Salon & Brow Bar

I don't write reviews but I feel people should be aware of this. I went for my cut and colour using my groupon yesterday. Before she started she said I needed to pay £20 surcharge because I have long hair, this was not mentioned on the groupon. She then dropped it to £15.She is very inexperienced in hair cutting. Please see the terrible highlights and the cutting is terrib0le. In the shop it was dark so I couldn't notice how bad it was till I got home. I wouldn't have paid the extra £15!!PLEASE AVOID your hair will be messed up!!No temp check on arrival, she did not have face mask on. She dealt with 2 customers doing their eyebrows whilst doing my highlights and no hand-wash in between.

I been in the new roop salon got my hair cut a few times. I was soo impressed with the lady professional amazing hair cut layers. So lovely & friendly stuff. Always so kind & love how she does my eyebrows. Best ever in Manchester & great prices.

I had a half head of highlights done with Shaista a few weeks ago. Very pleased with the results. Shaista was really friendly and accommodating and did a great job. I found her to be professional and knowledgeable and she checked I was happy throughout the process. The salon itself is professional and clean. I recently visited the salon again, all members of staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for an excellent service. I highly recommend this salon.

Regular customer for haircut, eyebrows and upper lip which are always done to perfection by Shaista. Very friendly and provides amazing customer service. Lovely, clean place. Would 100% recommend!

Under new management now and Shaista is great. I get my eyebrows and upper lip done here every 2 weeks and she is really thorough and super friendly! Really good shaped eyebrows. Would definitely recommend.

I wasn't going to write this review but I walked out in tears. My hair was rib height and needed a post lock down chop. Fairs fair, quite a bit needed to come off. In the end,I left in tears. Three women it took to butcher my hair. Pictures included. They were all lovely and polite but there wasn't much they could do with little knowledge and BLUNT SCISSORS. Too late, my hair took 7 years to grow. 2hours it took to wash and butcher said hair with a failed attempt at bleaching my green out. I'm MORTIFIED. Left without paying (didn't like doing it but god knows what I'm going to do now). My mum went back and complained,she left with £15, is that really acceptable compensation?

Went for Haircut and roots colour with highlights, really pleased with the service. Hair dresser Shaista is super friendly and listening to exactly what I wanted. A nice place and a good hair cut. I’m definitely recommend her. I’m Shaista’s regular customer now for hair cut/ styling/ colour since December 2021.

Got haircut and eyebrows done by Shaista,excellent results. She's very good at customer service aswell. Would definitely recommend her.Got massage done by Sharan, she's really good. It was an extremely relaxing session. Would recommend her.

I had my eyebrows done here yesterday and it was lovely. COVID guidelines followed, sanitise on way in with temp taken and masks worn and social distancing followed. The ladies were all so lovely and welcoming and the lady who did my eyebrows was so gentle and got them spot on, and the lady who tinted them made sure they were even. Salon is clean and bright, loving the recent refurb, and enjoyed their friendly chat and they made me feel so comfortable. Recommend 110% and good value for money.

Been coming here every 3 weeks for eyebrows since it opened. Friendly, professional and spot on service. The salon is absolutely not dirty as below review mentions. Feel this is highly unfair and should be removed as false by Google. Wonderful salon and would be lost without it!
