I was unfortunate enough to be involved in a serious RTA recently and was unfamiliar with the processes involved in dealing with the issue. A family member recommended Nationwide assist to me to deal with my claim and provide me with a car until mine was getting repaired. I have to say this was the best advice I’ve ever had as the staff at Nationwide helped me through each stage without me getting stressed or worried they explained the procedures and put my mind at ease. In the end my claim was dealt with professionally and efficiently with absolutely no hiccups or delays on the way. I could not recommend them enough to anyone who’s involved in an accident. Overall they are very professional and look out for their clients needs first. I’d especially like to thank Akeel and Tariq for the excellent service they provided, keep up the good work. A+++++

Great experience with Nationwide Assist/CAMS. After my non-fault accident, I contacted Ruby and she took some brief information. Next working day Akeel contacted me and arranged everything.I had the replacement car to get me back on the road more or less instantly. The engineer came within a week and car payout within 2 weeks.The whole process was really simple. A big thank you to Hina for helping with the car related bits and Saj for delivering and collecting the car.I would highly recommend these guys if you have a accident. No messing around, keep to their word and get the job done to a high standard.
