Wish there was a 0 stars option. Disgusting customer service.I went in for noodles and opened one of the boxes to look and was shouted at that i’ve wrecked the box and it cant be sold (even though the noddles aren’t sold in boxes they are sold separately) then as I went to leave the lady stood in front of the door and was very aggressive.

I’m so happy to find a proper store with traditional African products close to where I live. They have a great selection of products and of course, as always, very friendly staff.

Zero customer service skills. Walked in to an empty shop, so began having a look around, only to be shouted at by the woman, who then proceeded to close the door and block it with her arm, not allowing me to leave. I tried twice to open the door and she would not let me out, just stood giving me abuse. Then after I finally was able to leave, she took pictures of my car and myself. Absolutely disgusting behaviour
