I dropped by to get a gift for my colleague, the lady that spoke to me was so friendly and really warm. She helped me pick a face oil and I also ended up getting a gift for my boyfriend/me...!She wrapped the gifts up nicely, asking me what colour ribbon I would like and also gave me a couple of samples to try too.I liked how confident she was on the products and very easy going. The perfect sales person and it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Great customer service: always good and genuine advice on products and services. Do not miss on complimentary hand massage, in store (appointment may be required). They have gorgeos essential oil selection: some rarer gems as Immortelle Organic essential oil etc. Frankincense range is one of my favourite skin products: eye and face creams, face wash have somewhat holistic effects!

Just had a really rude sales associate reprimand me for wanting to gently check that the candle and diffuser inside my £50 gift box I was in the queue to purchase were ok and in tact. No seal on box so was a case of just opening the cardboard gently. I don't feel it needed such rudeness. Such a shame and not really in the Christmas spirit....

I normally love shopping in Neal’s Yard, but give this one a miss. Rude staff who didn’t like being asked simple questions like “which blend of oils are in this product, please?”
