Finally rebuilt my Harley 48 sportster front end after having the stanchions restored at Brooks.First class job very competitive price were ready to the day they said and posted back at a very reasonable rate ,the Harley specialist who re built the forks for me was very impressed so much so that having lost his usual fork restorer has taken down contact details for Brooks many thanks guys for a first class service will def use again.

A review of these YSS shocks after about 50 miles on them so these are just my initial thoughts. Are they better than stock? Yes, but not by the transformational amount I saw when I did the same upgrade on my Honda PCX 125. No down side, but I'd describe the improvements as noticeable without being outstanding.Have they raised the ride height at the back? I think yes, but only by a cm or two. Cornering clearance does seem a little better as I tried hard and failed earlier to scrape the centre stand!Do they soak up the bumps better. Yes. Now this is noticeable as I have tracked down some local well known bumpy roads and rather than losing any more fillings, I am finding the bump absorption to be much kinder on my coccyx! Seriously, the old shocks were bottoming out on these bumps where the YSS are soaking them up. I'm still to test this aspect 2 up.Worth the money? For me, yes as I was beginning to dread long rides on bumpy roads with all the punishment my back was taking. If you only ever ride silky smooth tarmac (but how many of us have that luxury?), then probably not.Overall I'm glad I did the upgrade and Brook's service and advice was second to none. Although the YSS improvements are incremental, the way they tackle the rough tarmac has made it worth it for me.

Would give 5* but item was shipped later than originaly expected, however it still arrived on time and overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and with the service that I recieved.Will definitely be purchasing from them in the future

Just a few words of thanks to Mark and David at Brook Suspension,I've been in the depths of my garage working on a Resto/Mod project which is a 23 year old CBR600FV (F3). The bikes been in my family all its life and came into my care this year. Its a nut and bolt restoration and came with everything you'd expect for its age.I've dealt with many company's and suppliers during this, so a word of appreciation is required when outstanding service is given.During the fork rebuild Mark not only supplied the K-Tech Fork springs but also gave advice on what to do and the best way to go about it. Brook's took the time to assist me and not just spend my hard earned money on the most expensive kit that an everyday rider would not benefit from.They initially supplied correctly weighted K-Tech Fork Springs with new oil and then this week while Mark was off David supplied me with a new YSS rear shock absorber unit, pre-set for me and the bike (I can fiddle with it and mess up the settings later). This Unit was not in stock when I ordered it on Monday, Yet it arrived first thing this morning (Thursday).Both these items are first class. You can see the quality in the way they are made and have been put together.I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Brook's. They are a credit to their partners and suppliers and Knowledgeable on the products they supply. Great customer service, being a newbie I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted but with Marc's help and advice I was able to find a solution that was in my budget for my needs.He provided a lot of useful information regarding the different options and even contacted one of the manufacturers regarding a question I had.

Excellent service, i had a tricky job, they were honest in telling be they had never done it, however they went out of their way to see if they could get any info to help……..in the end i managed it new R2 Nitron in my FJR1300AS, has completely transformed the bike. I highly recommend this company.
