Thieves, taken my money and no washing, disgusting!

I have came to use their washing machine and it has taken my money but not started the wash. There is no one here nor a phone number to contact! Outrageous.

I have used this launderette a number of times over the years, with no problems, however I decided to take an expensive pair of black out curtains to be dry cleaned a couple of months back. Someone called me from the dry cleaners to ask me what they wanted them to do with my curtains, as the label did not say dry clean. I informed them that if they actually read the label they would see that it says dry clean only. I informed them that I would like them to be dry cleaned. A week later I collected my curtains which came on coat hangers, and had a protective plastic bag over them, I assumed they were OK, as after all I had taken them to a professional dry cleaners, or so I thought, how wrong could I be. They have been hanging up in my bedroom for a while still on the coat hangers and still covered, as the day I collected them from clean world, I decided that as the weather is now changing and winter is approaching I would put my lovely clean curtains back up, now this is where things go down hill, I took the protective plastic bag off the curtains removed them from the coat hangers and opened them out, this is when I saw what they had done to them, my curtains black out backing had stripes of grey all over them, and parts of the backing where completely missing. They are totally ruined, the so called dry cleaners knew they had ruined my curtains, but said nothing, and still charged me £30, it's disgusting. I am partly to blame for being so trusting, and not checking them when I collected them but what they did was unprofessional, if they were unsure then they should not of cleaned them. DO NOT USE!
