Ok for a gig in The National Bowl

Flat was clean and functional but in no way was it luxury. Definitely more than a basic apartment and is done to a good standard however that's the only good thing I can say about it. Kitchen was clean and functional, the 'luxury' breakfast advertised was teabags and juice rather than the cereal in the pictures - don't bother and make sure you take your own if you choose to stay here. Bedroom basic again - bed advertised as king was definitely not king. No spare pillows and the ones provided were flimsy resulting in poor neck support and pain the day after. Mattress was hard and duvet was non existent - again not luxury. Living room was the best bit about the apartment and contained the most luxurious thing in the whole place - a big TV boxed in with a frame around it. Location wise I'm sure it's great for commuters but for a family break it's not suitable. Gulliver's is close which was the main attraction for us, good day out, Willen Lake is also lovely, good amenities nearby too. Apartment is not in the best area though, a little rough around the edges. Groups of young lads were in the car park late at night on one of the nights, just hanging around driving their cars around making noise which meant we were all kept up late. The next day a few people were eyeing up and circling our car...! Overall would not stay here again, better off paying a bit more and staying in the apartment suite at the double tree hilton.

Spacious and somewhat modern. BUT, (and this is a big 'but') it was not clean, plenty of stains on the sofa, floor wasn't vacuumed properly, carpet in the bedroom was dirty. Also it was 30 degrees Celsius outside at the time, and there was condensation on the OUTSIDE of the window... Yes you read that correctly, the apartment was so ridiculous hot it was UNBEARABLE. There is absolutely 0 ventilation so the hot, damp air just lingers, making it very unpleasant if the outside temperature is anywhere above 20° celcius.Also the elevator was broken, so if you're carrying a lot of luggage, stairs is the only way up.In summary, find somewhere else to stay. This place is not worth it. Avoid.

Clean and modern apartment with all the necessary appliances, keyless entry, plenty of free parking onsite, and close to centre.

Calm place.

Horrible! Terrible service, and it was not clean at all. Will never stay here again!
