Parisella's Ice Cream Parlour

Great parlour - with ice creams presented in the most tempting fashion, stacked high in mounds of vivid colours. There’s no point getting one scoop when it is 75% of the cost of two so just give in and go big or else go home.

Really lovely little place. Crepes and waffles were so good and a good size (£6-7 each). The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Probably the best ice cream ever made I think..superb in shop service , superb coffee.Very piliote young staff which is great to see these these days...

Oh my, what an ice cream! We like our ice cream but wow did this place delivers. It has to be some of the creamiest I've had. Salted caramel, White Chocolate Crunch, lemon curd and mango all highly recommend

While other shops in town were about to close at 4 pm and chased us out in a really unfriendly manner (in a place like this town!!!), we found here at Parisella's excellent service and excellent coffee.

Unfriendly Service!Visited as a family day trip with our 2 young daughters on the 25th August, saw this lovely looking ice cream shop and decided to stop and get a ice cream for our youngest daughter.Shop was empty of customers and we entered, there was a tall young dark haired girl at counter, no greeting or smile at all which made us feel uncomfortable, placed an order received our ice cream and left, again no thank u or bye, probably more interested in checking her make up in the mirror.It is a popular tourist area, so why do businesses employ staff who clearly do not want to be there?, and make customers feel uncomfortable??, a real shame as would never return to this ice cream shop due to her attitude.The ice cream itself was tasty according to my daughters comments.

Disappointing visit, my daughter was served a smarties waffle (which looked amazing) with fresh cream that had turned. Told the staff and we were offered a free scoop of ice cream but they did not offer to remove the gone off cream from my daughters plate or replace the pudding that had the cream on it. Very disappointed after reading so many great reviews.

A full 5 stars for ice cream, waffles and tea. The waffles were probably the best I've ever had, warm, soft in the middle, served with brilliant ice cream and cream. The chunky money was the best. Super friendly staff too, with a great cup of tea. Simply the best experience.
