Beth has made me a most beautiful eternity ring with 7 tourmalines in a white gold band. The ring is for my 80th birthday and also for the many anniversaries with my husband that have not been celebrated properly over our 44 years together. The ring is much more beautiful than my hand but I will add a photo. If you can enlarge the photo you will see the beautiful green glints from the facets of the tourmalines. Thank you, Beth.

My husband helped design a custom engagement ring for me two years ago with Francesca, and we returned together to have a wedding band created to go with it earlier this year with Kirsty. The whole process was really fun and simpler than expected! We felt so well looked after during our appointments and everyone was so chilled and approachable. The team were really helpful and patient, and it was lovely to see the sketches come together in the design process. Then the excitement of seeing the ring once it had been made by such a talented team of goldsmiths. We couldn't be happier with the end products and I will treasure them for life. Thank you so much!

Alice was really helpful designing something to match my price range, and kept me updated throughout the process. The final result was perfect, exactly what I had in mind. We wanted a unique engagement ring and had a photo of what we would like. We took it to a Chloe at Harriet Kelsall who met with me to speak me through all of the options I can choose from the types of materials used and how much it would all cost. She gave me a timescale which they kept to and the quality of the ring is perfect. Very happy with the service I received and would 100% go back to Chloe again.

Deborah and her team did an incredible job of fully redesigning a sentimental pinkie ring of mine. The ring itself was very delicate and had been worn thin over the years. The team at HK were able to preserve the integrity of the original while strengthening it-- not an easy ask! They also completely remade the prongs and set one of my mother's diamonds into it, which looks absolutely lovely. Creating a bespoke ring is not a quick process, but I felt confident knowing that my jewelry was in the best of hands.

Kirsty designed a custom wedding ring to fit with my vintage engagement ring that had previously belonged to my grandmother.The journey was wonderful from start to finish, with the design and making process an exciting one to experience. The team were friendly, professional and kept us up to date throughout - I am so incredibly happy with my ring! I cannot say enough about the team at Harriet Kelsall; from the initial consultation to combine numerous inherited rings, through to the final delivery of the most beautiful ring, the whole experience has been amazing. They were courteous, attentive, listened to all of my requests and answered all of my questions throughout the whole process. The workmanship is outstanding and the design, completely unique; I now have a wonderful 'new' heirloom!

My Husband got me a beautiful opal ring during our Caribbean cruise and I wore it every day.Sadly I was not given any after care and although I wore gloves when doing chores I noticed that the ring became very yellow and cloudy.After countless emails to many Jewellers I came across Harriet Kelsall .I was so happy that they actually replied and took an interest and after sending photos they asked if I minded sending the ring in.They got back to me saying they hadn't really seen anything like it before but sadly it couldn't be repaired..only replaced.In between times I had to deal with a lot of personal stuff and they patiently waited many weeks for my authorisation to go ahead and find a new Opal.The team really went above and beyond to source the perfect stone and then the lovely Alice set to work on setting it into my ring.My ring now has been restored back to its former glory and more....I cannot thank the team enough for all their hard work dedication commitment and customer service and also Alice for bringing my ring back to life .I will be using them again very soon for another project !!!Complety trustworthy and professional and highly recommend the Harriet Kelsall team ...I can once again wear my beautiful ring♥️ Karen Alexander
