We had a few issues with the first cleaner sent but the replacement is excellent.

Further to earlier review first 2 cleans okay 3rd clean arrived late,4th clean didn't arrive at all,Contacted told try get cleaner for afternoon.again nothing. I've cancelled & signed with another company.Very disappointing after good start.

This is a non ethical company. I signed ilup a contract with them on August 2023. They send me an old lady for cleaning, she didn't clean. I paid her and the monthly fee of 34 monthly to the company. I called the lady incharge and explained the situation she said she will send me somebody else then I called and I cancelled the contract. But this company was taking the monthly amount from my account nevertheless they did not offer their services. I was abroad when I found out I called the same lady complaining she promised to refund after checking their system, and to call me back. Up today she never called, I called 4 times she is not willing to refund me and telling me nonsense. I had a terrible cleaner for 2 hours in August and posted me 190 pounds so far.
