Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Strand

As a long term client I was treated bad lately and told to do and pay for tests which I already did. The person on the reception was rude and very unfriendly. I won't come back.

I needed a minor repair to my glasses and they were so friendly and helpful. It was all done in 10 mins.

I received great customer service from Priscilla this afternoon. She was able to help me with reordering contact lenses, which I needed pretty urgently, and talked me through other options available. Really helpful - thank you!

Only visited for a eye test and confirmation of cataracts which was done the attitude of the optometrists was very arrogant and talked down like I was stupid. Don't under estimate your customers and patients knowledge. Won't be visiting again and booked another appointment with Optical Express.

Excellent and speedy service, the sales manager from Mauritius had great manners towards customers and accommodating to the situation of the client. Got my lenses changed in two days while keeping my glasses at a great price while everywhere else they wanted to take my glasses away for one week and charge me double. Thank you

My top branch for specsavers!I usually go to a different branch but they didn’t have appointments that say hence I booked with this branch for an eye test.Staff were amazing! Especially Shenez! All them were courteous and really friendly and addressed all my issues.

I went for an eye test. Test wise- great! Customer service- trying super hard to sell you and felt pressured.Howevet, beware one of the ladies signs you up for the optional £10 test without telling you. I went to ask how to book my test with the voucher I got from work and she did it for me (but skipped to tell me she signed me up for the additional test).I was told when I went for the appointment.Test wise- great! Everything went lovely! Very professional.Now the dodgy part- I felt very pressured to buy glasses, for computer. I spent £75 for glasses which make me dizzy and I HATE! I was not even sure I wanted any glasses when I came out.The lady did show me some of the more expensive range.One thing I will give her- she did do very hard to sell me stuff, but she made sure they fit my face shape! I give her that!!!.I will probably go back and see if I can return them.I got a second pair for free which looks like a cheap pound land glasses.Honestly, next time I am going somewhere else for a test! Never stepping foot inside (unless to try to return the glasses).

Really kind, patient and knowledgeable staff.I am very squeamish with eye-related things and struggled with my eye test. I needed many tries for scans, but the store’s team were very kind and patient.

I found the staff of this Specsavers to be quite rude and unfriendly. They seemed rushed even though there was no one else in the store. My prescription was much stronger than I expected, and my glasses felt blurry when I received them.I went to another Specsavers branch to check the prescription, and turns out they were way too strong. Utter waste of money, as I had to pay for 2 eye tests and 2 lots of lenses! Should’ve gone somewhere else from the start.Would recommend any other Specsavers or opticians!
