20 min wait and very poor quality fries. Average burger. Travel the 5 mins down the road to McDonald’s or KFC. Much better. I like BK, just not this one.

Polite and friendly staff ....Service was really good and the food was really deliciousEverything was cool fresh and was piping hot,This is the first time I have tried burger king in quite a while and the difference between the quality on burgerking v McDonald's was night and day as the latter often tastes bland and processed ...I would place burgerking on a par with five guys at a fraction of the cost

Visited at 9pm. 20 minute wait even though I was the only one in the drive through. Priority given to uber eats/deliveroo. Got a whopper which was the worst that I have ever got. Stale tasting bun, 1 cm lettuce, no tomatoes, beige looking burger. Very disappointing. Complained online but they would not take complaint as I had to go back to the restaurant which I was not going to do late at night. Won't be visiting again.

Ariana has absolute no customer service skills. She forgot to give me my food after ten minutes, with no apology and a face showing she couldn't care less. A male gave me some free fries and a drink as an apology which was nice which made it two stars and not one.

We had lunch there today as we were passing through... I was absolutely disgusted with the service we received. The whole venue was dirty, tables covered in rubbish, and food and drinks, all over the floor too, made me think how dirty it would be with places we cant see. They had no drinks apart from Dr pepper or drinks that weren't included in the meals. When the food arrived it was slapped together and stone cold. They prioritised deliveroo guys and just eats. Will not recommend ever!! Should be shut down!!!

It's a burger king so absolutely stomps on McDonald's. The burgers were absolutely delicious and actually looked like the picture as apposed to McDonald's where you get a beaten up mess half the time. I had a wooper and the beef was moist and very tender, the salad items were chrisp and fresh, mouth watering.
