Please please reconsider using this company. If you do double and triple check what they are providing you. We double checked and still have something that is of no use to our business.. Please please check what your getting as trying to sort after is a nightmare. Be warned

The most appalling service I've ever had. Stay clear of this company at ALL cost. They falsey sold a product,all in writing and held me to pay for two years, I came out of contract and ended services and they still attempted to take funds. When I stopped funds through my bank, they have now sent me a notice for funds they have not been able to take. The product was extremely poor, delivery of the product from what was promised as being weeks was months of back and forth and stress. Stay very clear of this organisation, customer service is also shocking!

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I signed for mobile terminal, and a month later asked for virtual solution, its been 3 months, from pillar to post, I've spoken to 5 different sales people, managers. I have tried cancelling the contract but every time they beg me to stay, with promises that they will they fix the virtual solution. This company is only good for taking your money and give poor service. Be warned!!! Biggest regret!!!!

I singed a contract 1 of November and got my machine after 3 days. The sales rep Sam Ahmed said when I get the machine someone would call and go through how it work and how the system work. It's not a regular machine, it's the new pos system. After the machine came, no one called. I had to call them after a week and half of getting the machine. At this point the cancellation period which is 5 days already passed. I specifically asked the Sam what is the terms of the cancellation he said you can do it whenever you want if you don't like it.When I called after 2 week roughly, I asked how do I use the machine because I tried and it is a bit more complicated compare to the other ones. He said and I quote it's self explanatory"
