Waste of time, went to look at trading my current low mileage, immaculate 2.5 year old vehicle in for a new one...... ONLY BECAUSE THEY CONTACTED ME & INVITED ME TO DO SO, SAYING THEY HAD WORKED OUT THAT IT WAS THE BEST TIME FOR ME FINANCIALLY, AS I BOUGHT FROM THEM, AS DID MY DAUGHTER LAST TIME..... Only for them to provide me with the same high figure I'd already found by spending 2 minutes costing one on the Nissan website!!!!SO BE WARNED, IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING A NEW NISSAN, THEN DEFINITELY GIVE WESTWAY NISSAN STOURBRIDGE AND WOLVERHAMPTON A VERY, VERY WIDE BERTH.... GO ON THE 'CARWOW' WEBSITE, WHO WILL GET THE VERY BEST PRICES FOR YOU FROM OTHER NISSAN DEALERSHIPS ACROSS THE UK. I RECEIVED THREE OFFERS THAT WERE BETWEEN £25 & £33 A MONTH CHEAPER FORV A 4 YEAR PCP, SAVING NEARLY £2,000........YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED AGAINST ANY APPROACH LIKE THIS, FROM THIS PARTICILAR DEALERSHIP !!!

Always very helpful. They listen to you and deal with any issues with the car necessary. All staff are polite and considerate.

Excellent service not sure girls name on reception but was extremely pleasant.very knowledgeable , seemed to know what she was talking about if I asked her something, highly recommended.
