This independent funeral services gave Great service from Chantelle and the team,nothing was a problem,Chantelle always kept me informed and a phone call was always answered with any questions I had,Complete funeral services took care of everything so there was no stress to have on our minds,Thank you for taking good care of my Auntie who passed away suddenly but peacefully and for looking after my Uncle and my needs for our arrangements.Thanks goes to Peter also he is a valuable member of the team.

Andy and his team were simply brilliant. Totally understanding, professional and respectful at such a difficult time. There wasn’t anything that Andy or his team wouldn’t go that extra mile to do. Brought much comfort and confidence during one of the hardest of times.

My father passed away unexpectedly on Christmas Day and Andy was the one who came to assist. At a very emotional and confusing time Andy kindly supported and explained what was happening and what was going to happen. After meeting him, on what was the worst time ever, we had no hesitation to ask Andy to assist with the whole process and Cremation for my father.We were not disappointed. Andy was very clear at the outset, with cost, process and options and very willing to accommodate. Andy is very professional, empathetic, caring and very easy to talk to, responding quickly if not immediately to a phone call or txt and is still supporting with the after service process.I can’t rate Andy and the team highly enough. My Father in-law passed away on my birthday and in my arms, the worst day ever had been witnessed and the one person who helped in all of this was Andy. Andy arrived to assist in taking my father in-law to rest and reassured us of what was to happen over the coming weeks. All boxes were ticked when it came to information, understanding and most of all compassion. I was the point of contact for my mother in-law and wife with Andy being on call any time of the day should I have any queries. Complete Funeral Services were without doubt, highly professional, extremely dedicated in taking the pain out of loosing your loved one and thorough with the cremation. I cannot thank Andy, his highly professional members within his team for the funeral of my Father in-law and the support given to the family.

I lost my 45 year old brother tragically and had to deal with everything due to elderly parents. Never had to do anything like this before so this was the first time. Thank god I came across Andrew and his lovely partner. They sorted everything out for our family and kept us up to date constantly on what was happening. Such a young couple but absolutely amazing. Excellent service and highly recommendedChantelle was absolutely amazing throughout this difficult time of losing our mam. My mam wanted a simple funeral with no fuss. Chantelle arranged a ‘green burial’ which was perfect for my mam, being a keen gardener.From start to finish Chantelle was there to guide my sister (who organised the funeral) in every way. I really can't recomend complete funeral services enough, we lost my father and from our first meeting with them they were nothing but courteous and professional in everything they did. Nothing was to much trouble for them no matter what we asked and at any time of the day or night, they made our traumatic experience bearable.

Andy was only person I would of trusted with my brother funeral. He died so suddenly aged 31 that we had no idea how to plan a funeral. He helped with questions no matter the time or day. Explained every step of the process. On The day he made sure that our family & friends were supported and given the time after to see flowers and greet family outside ect Even month on he has been amazing with links for grief counselling for my little boy who is struggling.
