Don't bother if you are planning to order fairly late evening, deliveries are delayed and food is poor. If I had to guess this is due to poor staffing or a general dgaf ethos at these hours. A recent McCrispy order from here was just depressing, the burger itself was ultra chewy and the taste was just off". A shame as if you order in the daytime from here the food quality tends to be much better. I guess I should learn not to expect consistency."

Ordering via the drive-through mic and speakers was a bit of a pain. The staff kept getting our words wrong, and names of items we did not order kept appearing on the screen. Had to almost shout to eventually make ourselves understood and communicate the correct order to the staff.Other than that, the service was prompt and the food was the usual McDonald's type of tasty.

As with most mc donalds nowadays there seems to be more attention paid to the deliveries, waited way too long for so called FAST FOOD very disappointed

This McDonald's outlet disappointed us greatly. While my daughter usually frequents Subway, she insisted on a McDonald's visit for a Happy Meal toy, specifically a Squishmelow. Despite having bought her one from a toy shop, she preferred the novelty of getting it with a Happy Meal. We ordered through the screen, but upon collection, we received a book instead of the expected toy.Upon complaining, the staff simply stated that they had no toys in stock, leaving my kid on the verge of tears. It's frustrating that their system doesn't display toy availability, leading to unnecessary disappointment. The lack of transparency and the subsequent upset make for a very unsatisfactory experience. We won't be returning and cannot recommend it.Unfortunately, this issue occurred for the second time, adding to our disappointment with this McDonald's outlet. The lack of toy availability and the subsequent upset have happened on two separate occasions, making it a recurring problem that significantly impacts our experience with their service.

A busy McDonald's in a busy part of town. But, quick service and plenty of seating. It's a rough part of town on Saturday nights, but they have Security Guards both on the door and inside, so it's very safe. Open late too.

Come here regularly on the way to work mainly because the gent on the drive through is really polite and pleasant. Not happy with my meal today because only received half of my muffin and the cheese had not been put on correctly which the chef must have known this.

I stopped off last night for some chicken strips on way home.The strips were really chewy, so I opened it up to see it wasn’t even cooked through.I won’t be back for obvious reasons, but my stomach doesn’t feel great today.
