Inchcape Accident Repair Centre Chester

Booked my Audi in with the Bodyshop after an accident. The car looks brand new and very clean. The team in the office were lovely and very polite especially Ash who went above and beyond to help me!! thank you so much!!

We have had the joy of using this bodyshop for 25 years. From the old facility to where it is based now. Mr Kerr has always been very attentive and his staff are clearly very skilled. Highly recommend the facility.

After bumping my car recently I booked it in here for repair. I spoke to Ashleigh and later Cara. They provided re-assurance and were very helpful with my concerns. The repair is great and I couldn’t fault them thank you!

Absolutley brilliant!So after my car being driven into BADLY…my car was sent to inchcape VW Chester, chris wardale kept me upto date with my repairs constantly and showed an excellence of service honestly I could not fault it what an asset to the company my car was recieved back today like the crash never happened BRILLIANT, I arrived today to collect it and Cara Gibson done my handover and again she provided the most highest of customer service I’ve ever recieved, she went through the warranty of parts etc and made sure I was happy with everything my car my spotless inside and out I couldn’t believe it, so to the two names above and a few who have contacted me over the phone you guys were all brilliant and without a doubt I’d recommend this place! Recently needed my car repairing so took it to Inchcape after some recommendations from friends. The whole process was super smooth from start to finish and on collection the friendly workshop controller, I think his name was Chris, came out personally to advise what work had been carried out.
