This review is based off of my experience visiting the pharmacy within Asda. I was served by the most polite and professional lady named Tracy who went above and beyond with a smile, She was an absolute delight and I will definitely return in the future.

Just been in 2 o clock 31st Aug there were 12 people in the cafe altogether 3 were children and it was a half hour wait for food come on asda must do better

This would be a 0! I visited from Gateshead to have a look around however was left completely gobsmacked by the attitude and was left speechless after the staffs' tonality. I entered to purchase a bottle of cat milk yet an angry employee approached me claiming I must have an adult with me and questioned if I was planning to pay for my item. I replied with a yes and showed her the purse in my hand. Despite this, I continued my shopping yet when heading to the checkout, I was told to stop running - even tho I wasn't - by a member of security. I presume the Woman from earlier had spoken to him and lied about me stealing so I am inclined to believe he followed me. I am appalled that the staff would make assumptions about me because funnily enough, not all teenagers steal! I am at the top of all my classes and very mature so was extremely upsetto be called a thief. I also have anxiety so left the shop in tears as all my experiences at other branches have been amazing.Well done! Have a golden sticker!:) You've lost a valuable customer today.

Worst customer service I've ever had, anywhere.My husband and I took my daughter (16, autistic with additional learning difficulties) to the café as a treat and we tried to purchase 2 meals for her (1 child packed lunch, 1 adult macaroni and cheese) as well as 2 adult meals + drinks for myself and my husband.The woman behind the counter insisted that they don't serve macaroni and cheese. When we pointed it out on the menu, she kept repeating that's not a child's meal"... but then she also refused to sell my daughter a child's packed lunch??She then refused to sell my husband a macaroni and cheese

trying to get a trolley is a nightmare, sometimes waiting for 15 minutes, even going round the car park to the other trolley points to find they are empty, don't know who is getting paid to sort this but it needs sorting. i am disabled and i am gonna go shopping elsewhere if this doesn't improve
