Well after not being able to go out and collect my medicines after not being too well I decided to call in to this chemist based on Gregory Boulevard and requested if my prescription can be picked up from my Dr surgery and not only that the pharmacy processed my order and had the medicines delivered to my home address on the day and I was spoken to in a professional manner and was told what time my medicines would be delivered to meThese guys know what they are doing and I for one would recommend these guys to anyone as they also deliver near enough all over NottinghamProfessional staff and professional drivers even if I need a call prior to delivery they have met my requirementsA big thank you to all the staff at the Pharmacy Keep up the good work See you guys soon

Very bad service, highly unprofessional, even the pharmacist hasn’t even got a clue what he’s talking about. Had so many issues with this pharmacy, staff members are unprofessional and rude, careless and do not care about their patients.You call up enquiring about your medications and you get passed around the staff members and even then no one knows what their talking about, like your talking a bloody different language…I recommend you don’t use their services if you want your medications on time.our medications have even been delivered and left outside on the front, how dangerous and unprofessionalI will be taking my custom elsewhere.

Reliably open late and has a wide variety of otcs and prescriptions available. Great pharmacy.

Was told to call by 111 and was told “what do you want me to do” by the pharmacist on the phone. I understand they did not have the medical advice needed but could have been a lot more professional and less rude about it. Very disappointed.

Polite and helpful staff, but they never stay open untill 11pm, I came at 7pm once and it was closed already. Nonsense.

Brilliant service, never had any problems with my medication. staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend using this pharmacy to my family and friends.

Terrible! NHS 111 gave me the number for this pharmacy to seek advice, and the pharmacist I spoke to sounded hyped up and stressed, wasn’t listening to me, and she put me in a panic about my condition. I was simply asking if I could take Imodium for what the doctor has already diagnosed as viral gastroenteritis but she told me, against NHS advice, that I should see my GP immediately because of my symptoms lasting more than 48hrs (NHS advise this is normal).

Extremely unprofessional, rude, unhelpful pharmacist. Never experienced such bad care from the nhs. Avoid this place, and go somewhere you’ll be listened to

Really good pharmacy with excellent and professional staff. Offers a wide range of services. Always go out of their way to deliver medicines. No other pharmacy has done this. Highly recommend

Need to sort out your hatch system and lack of accessible card system. Had to give my pin in order for it to work. Strongly would suggest getting a R11 female to male extension cable as it's quick, cheap and easy. Contactless as a means of payment is flawed as every X attempts it will want your Pin. Or better yet, upgrade to go on the mobile network so it's completely wireless.
