Brought in a laptop with a broken backlight, I was told a could of days to identify the issue and provide a quote, but the very day after everything was fixed! Quick and professional service, would definitely recommend!

Very efficient and very helpful. Phil is an easy guy to communicate with and explains things in an understanding way. He didn't rip me off either and got the work done in a cost effective way. Will be using him in the future for all my repairs.

On purchasing a lenovo touch screen laptop it always had issues from the day i purchased it abroad until it finally gave up after three years and then gave this laptop to Phil in cranham computer center to work his magic . I initially though it was a OS error but Phil on checking found out it was a hardware issue and provided the best option and affordable value for me for this laptop and had this fixed in one day . I have been using my laptop for over two months now and have never had any issues and no start up issues and still starts up in two seconds when it used to take atleast 10 minutes before to start up. Phil has always contacted and kept in touch with me promptly to advise the best way forward! thank you for your service Phil !

Very much recommended. He asked me to take my computer to him as I had a power issue. He looked at it. And said there was nothing wrong with the computer itself and must had been my leads at home. He could have easily installed a new power supply unit but he was very honest and genuine. I will return to this company should I ever have a issue with the computer. Thank you so much.

I was lucky enough to find Phil after a lot of searching to get my son’s PS4 pro repaired. Phil was extremely helpful and explained the whole process for the repair. I was quoted new PSU, new motherboard etc etc from other companies but Phil suggested it might be a hard drive issue. The repair was carried out promptly and cost effectively and as Phil suspected it was a new hard drive required. Now we have a fully function PS4. Thanks Phil!

Highly recommend! Had my laptop backed up and a new Hard Drive installed. Phil did a fantastic job, and customer service was great. Laptop is now so much faster! Very reasonably priced and I will definitely use again!

Dropped off a PS4 Pro on Tuesday that had overheating and noise issues that caused consol either not to work or games not to run properly when it did. Got it back today (Friday Dec. 23) and it seems to be working like new. Needed an expert clean it seems (I'd tried myself but obviously not good enough). Cost only £40. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb customer experience.Called the shop, explained my problem with the PS4,was asked to bring it down .After leaving it at the shop,and a pleasant chat with the owner ,I was contacted very quickly to let me know there was strangely no fault with the machine,both owner and technician double checked and were happy it was fine.There was no charge,as they had found no fault and the machine is not fine .Honest reliable trustworthy shop,just what is needed in this day and age of cowboys.Thanks very much,will use again if anything else happens .
