Purchased a new VooPoo vape from BOS, a 5ml tank and a small range of vape juice from here last week - was about a £50 order in total. Staff were helpful in the shop, and provided recommendations. Vape and coil were great for a few days but noticed it was leaking. (note no heavy usage).Went in today and staff member confirmed the coil was cracked. No replacement offered (considering I purchased it from them literally days before) so I purchased two brand new coils to try. I was told there were two types, a lower and a higher wattage and I was told I had been given one of each.Got home to test the lower wattage and it's not really kicking out any flavour. So replaced with the other coil and that turned out to be the same lower wattage. Phoned to see what they could do, spoke to someone else, and they confirmed that they only stock the lower wattage coil.All in all, no effort to correct the error, or offer to order me in a higher wattage coil. Mannerism on phone was non-caring and it was as if I was the inconvenience, despite now spending just under £60.I've bought my juice from BOS in the past, but think it's time to find a new shop that cares about it's customers.

I am a regular and have always been treated extremely well. The staff are friendly and give exceptional service and are willing to go above and beyond for anyone. I have started to go back in this vape shop as I have stopped using disposable vapes in favor of a rechargeable one. The staff are extremely helpful and I always feel comfortable visiting there, they are very knowledgable and nothing is too much for them

If I could give this another star I certainly would!My best friend popped in on the 4th Jan & purchased a new vape & spare coils; decent price.Unfortunately I had to pop in today as vape wasn't working properly; the lady that served me was ABS amazing, apologised & offered me like for like swap.Even set it all up for me, put juice in & even got me to take it apart to make sure I was happy - I am MORE than happy.She went above & beyond & so personable/knowledgeable!Best Vape & accessories in local area x
