Darren came round within minutes of our phone call to take care of some wasps in the eves... He happened to be local. I've never used pest control before and was lucky to find him first as have heard some scary stories. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Good value.

Darren was very knowledgeable & took on board our fears around not harming other wildlife or animals when dealing with our problem. As far as I can see from own research he has access to the very best of new generation rodent bait and reassured us that he would not use anything else. In this case you get what you pay for - major infestation eradicated with zero other casualties. Darren took the time to explain everything, included us in every step as we were quite difficult in wanting to know all the details due to the green ethos of the site and found Darren wasn't at all shady, avoidant of questions etc, in fact quite the opposite and was happy to share his knowledge & experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent service Darren was knowledgeable and helped us as I heard noises in my loft. Darren went up and saw no signs but agreed to put poison down for my peace of mind. He came back a week later and found 3 cubes of poison gone. He was surprised as loft so clean, so he said visitors ugh. He left more poison which gives me peace of mind, any more concerns he agreed to come back. He really know his stuff, and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend this firm and will use again if I need to. Wont waste money on shop bought poisons as absolutely rubbish, pay a professional.
