As block management for burkley Manor and Rutland Manor. You would think the person responsible for looking after these blocks and grounds. You would think they would come out once a month just to take a look for them self's to see what needs to be done. Trees at the back of burkley Manor need cutting back as there are big branches right down on the ground in car parking spaces. Pluss you would think that they would try to stop all the fly tipping. Also try to make sure people use the dust bins properly and make the access better to the bins as people are to lazy to open the gate and the top of the bins.
