Trafford is 4 yrs old and been getting groomed at rix road since a puppy wouldnt go any where else always has scarlet a fantasic groomer ❤

Groomer did exactly what I wanted for my little dog.so was happy with her groom.looks so pretty.charlotte at pets at home ferry lane really was good with my little dog

Scarlett from the Groom Room is like a female Dr Doolittle I have several dogs a couple with behavioural problems on Sunday my female German Shepherd Wanda who is terrible traveller in car and had histerically vomited all over, and Kenzo my male German Shepherd who doesn't like Human contact , were both there for full grooms,both looked amazing and were calm and relaxed on collecting them, it was Wanda's first visit and Kenzo's second, watching Scarlett cut Kenzo's nails which he refused to let me do I was so impressed,she has also groomed all my other dogs including Ming who would not let anyone cut his nails due to a previous bad experience, keep up the good work all my dogs look amazing in time for Christmas,once more thankyou again.

Absolutely shocking place. Told us our dog was aggressive as a puppy and wanted to charge us around £60 for his trim. Now hes been going to other groomers every 4 weeks and not one other place has said hes aggressive, he actually sits there youd as gold and enjoys their services and the FRIENDLY women who work with him. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Awful, awful place.

Wasn't actually the groom room but vets4pets, same building. Vets4pets website has good advice and easy appointment booking but because of coving, they have a backlog so had to call anyway. Service is great.

Good service from the staff there. Mainly our smallish dog was considered a medium dog which is £42 and if your dog is matted at all even slightly they will charge a £10 matting fee because this blunts the blades which I thought was expensive considering I can go to an independent for £25.
