A big thank you to everyone at Millerson (especially Evie) who have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole selling process of my mothers property (even when her first house sale fell through). They were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble and towards the end both Evie and Gail were continuously on the telephone chasing clients solicitors/liaising with other estate agents within the chain to ensure the smooth/prompt running to exchange and then completion. We could not recommend a better estate agent.

The service received from Millerson in Perranporth was faultless. They remained accessible and communicated with us at all stages of the sale. This was especially important to me as I live over 250 miles away from the home I was selling. Gail was prompt and understanding, while I felt able to ask any number of questions however petty they may have appeared. Millerson were fair but firm with our buyer and the sale was swift. What more do you want from you want from you estate agent?

I bought a property through Millerson. The team were great at keeping me informed of the progress, particulalry Julie Fermor. Whenever there seemed to be a stumbling block in the progress it always moved forward after I'd spoken to Julie, who would promptly get in contact with the solicitors on both sides (I could not say the same for my own solicitors).

Fantastic service. Mike Blundell was always available and answered all of my many questions promptly. He found a suitable tenant within a week for me. When he was out on appointments I was always left with another contact to liaise with and this worked seamlessly (thank you Kasia for your great service also!). I would definitely recommend if you are looking for an estate agent that really care, go the extra mile and have a personal touch.
