This is the third time we have used the service of Blackpool Gas. Again, Jake and the team provided an excellent job. Completed within the hour, which included sourcing the part. Would highly recommend them and just about to book our boiler service. Thank you.

Fitted new gas fire know hassle know mess on time and good price

Jake from Blackpool Gas Limited attended to our faulty boiler promptly and got it going. He was very pleasant and would recommend him to other people.

Fitting new floorboards last Saturday, I put a nail through the gas pipe. I panicked like mad and phoned Blackpool Gas. 30 minutes the engineer was at my front door, repaired the leak, which was not an easy fix and refitted all the floorboards. Outstanding work and I was very pleased and very relieved. I would recommend Blackpool Gas to anyone,

Do not understand the reviews based on what I experienced. Turned up 2.5 hours later than they said, no communication as to where they were, nor when they may turn up. Arrived, hit the boiler with a spanner a few times then said he needed to go and get some testing equipment from 'the other guy' as he had taken it - you don't even have the right equipment for each employee, really? To compound that, the guy (who didn't tell me his name) then said he 'wouldn't be long' and disappeared for 2+ hours - I called his office as I had no direct contact details for him. They said they would try and find out where he was and call me back. No call back! So I called the office AGAIN to be told he'd 'be there soon' to which I responded sorry but that's terrible service, forget about it, I will get someone else in.. I was then immediately hounded with calls and texts from the guy himself, begging me to call him back. Cannot recommend in the slightest.

Will definitely use these guys again! Super quick, helpful, professional and fitted us with a new boiler the next day after ours gave up! Tidied up after themselves and did all warranty paperwork there and then to ensure everything was complete. Will be using them again.

Jake and his team of Harry and apprentice Kyle were friendly , speedy and efficient . Leaking pipe replaced and boiler serviced to a very high standard . I would highly recommend Jake and Blackpool Gas for their first class and great value service.
