Always excellent. Friendly staff.Petrol station staff are always full of smiles and good cheer. A well organised store. None of this silly stock rotation. I always know where stuff is going to be. It's the only supermarket I use. We'll positioned close to transportation links Motorways and other shops.

I think this is the best grocery and all in one place since they even have Argos and other stores inside.Always good selection and variety, quite good prices, better then Morrisons. Although both places are good to shop at. Now-days it is a bit more expensive then it used to be more in line with Morrison and less like Aldi or Lidl.

Best store in Glasgow to me!There is a fantastic selection of groceries. From fresh produce to a wide variety of cheeses, deli delights, and ready-made foods, they have it all. Plus, they have pharmacy items inside the store.You can expect fair and reasonable pricing here, with no unnecessary markups compared to other Sainsbury's stores.As big as it is, this store may actually be small for its enthusiastic customer base. So brace yourself for some crowds, especially during peak times like holidays.Overall 5/5, and I plan to continue shopping here as long as I'm in Glasgow.

Well stocked shop with everything you may need, ready meals, indian foods, a lot of frozen food and selection of various ice cream. Very rich pastry section with freshly baked breads and buns.

Very clean and tidy. Wide range of goods from homeware, clothing, gaming through to food.There's also a specsavers and Argos within the shop.One thing I wasn't so keen on was when trying to exit via the self-serve checkouts, there was a barrier that you have to scan your receipt to be able to get passed. I like a lot of people didn't take a receipt. Therefore, I had to wait until another customer was leaving

Regularly visit our local Sainsbury's as their prices on everyday items. They have a good stock of items.Good variety of clothes for women. Not so much for children & men.In house Argos which is useful.Very few checkouts opened as they want customers to use the scan machines. Okay if you have a few items The staff are great at ensuring that if there is a queue at a checkout, they get staff to open further lanes.Also provide a click & collect plus home delivery.

I was in Sainsburys Braehead, around 11am today and utilised the trolley self checkout. The red light on the till was showing I needed assistance and I could see the female staff member was very busy. I waited for around 5 minutes for her to be free and she approached the area and asked who was first. I said myself and she ignored me and asked the other customers. I again indicated it was me and stood back to let her enter her code. As she did she raised her voice and said she was extremely busy and working herself. I acknowledged that & stated I had not said a word to her. She then told me it was my face, I pointed out that unfortunately that was not something I could change and she continued with her aggressive behaviour. I pointed out she was being very rude and she continued. I decided the best thing for me was to leave the store and not return. If that’s the way staff treat customers I will not be back. Such a different attitude in M&S earlier where staff could not have been nicer at the check out. Still can’t believe Sainsburys allow this kind of behaviour, especially when I had not said a thing to her. Maybe some anger management training for staff would be helpful!

Very nice store. Very clean inside. A great selection. This store is great and many of the item you will find cheaper than M&S.
