Cough Cough Cough - walked throuh Ribbleton Park today along the back of Thompson Buildbase They were burning rubbish - must have been plastic - THICK BLACK CHOKING ACCRID SMOKE.Its a smokeless zone, it's in a residential area AND they shouldn't be burning 5hite like this anyway !!Second time this week. and they've don it before LOTS of times.It's set off my daughter's asthma.

Ordered fence panel to be delivered,waited in when told it woulbe be delivered next day,never arrived,phoned to ask where order will be delivered,was told driver turned up but didnt know where to leave it,i informed person on phone that do delivery was attempted,was told it will be delivered sometime this morning,stll waiting,very dissatisfied with service

Great prices,friendly staff,helpful delivery driver......USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Placed a simple order for delivery to just down the road from their yard with 5 days notice asking for an A.M delivery. I was told no problem with that and the chap took my number incase of any problems. On the day,I had to make 2 phone calls to chase my delivery and both times the delivery time changed until it eventually it turned up at quarter to three! OK, the excuses they gave me could well have been real but a simple phone call first thing when they DID realise the order would be late could have saved me wasting nearly a full day just waiting around for nothing. I had to put another delivery off until next day because of it and organise another half day off work to sort it out....JUST A SIMPLE PHONE CALL GUYS, it's quick,simple,and prevents poor reviews from what would otherwise be a happy 5/5 customer. Anyway, thanks to the driver for his help when he turned up,he was great.

Ordered some breeze blocks and came damaged broken about 30 of them, mark said he would replace them but didn’t, so went to Berrys to get some more and asked for refund, when I called mark he magically forgot all about them, saying he would replace them. Liars, If you want good material use Berrys never go wrong and quality of material is great. I’ve got photos and video of when they was unloading the breeze blocks and it shows the damage, but it won’t let me upload them on here.
