I recently booked an appointment with Liz for a KCR treatment because I was in serious pain with sciatica. Liz had to help me to onto the table as I was having such a struggle. Afterwords, I was able to come off the table easily on my own. My pain was almost gone, I was left with only a niggle. I was able to sit down, stand up and even get in and out of the car with ease.I would recommend Liz and KCR to anyone suffering any kind of pain.

My first KCR and WOW. Hip and leg pain before treatment was bad. Straight after the treatment I can walk properly and lie on my side. Liz works the full body and explains everything she is doing and why. I would highly recommend. After care exercises fantastic.
