Fantastic service and value. Mike got my rather obscure laptop fully functional again in less than two hours, after various repair places had refused to touch it. Extremely relived to have it fully functional again! Will definitely contact again for any similar repairs.

Mike goes above and beyond and his rates are the cheapest I have found. I break most of my computers, of course not on purpose :)). I brought my computer to Mike, because my touch screen and mouse were not working, there was the tiniest crack. I had been advised to buy another computer by a different repair shop, which I did. I still needed to get the data from the old one. I brought Mike a hard drive and when I returned not only handed me the data, but he fixed the internal mouse) for free so that the computer can still be used. Given it was an expensive model, I wish I had gone to him first, it would have saved me from buying a completely new one.It's hard to find someone that does repairs properly for a good rate. It is extremely difficult to find anyone willing to do extras, without request, and even rarer that this person does not want compensation. Go to Mike, he is very skilled and he deserves your business. The more we support people like him, the more we will receive better service in general!!!

Mike is an absolute star for PC repairs, offering much better service than most PC repair shops out there, for a much better price.I brought a GPU laptop with cooling issues for him to clear up the dust clutters and replace the cooling paste - given the compact form of the laptop (Acer predator Tritton 500), it is quite a piece of work as many components need to be unmounted and correctly remounted.He did an outstanding job, and brought the laptop back to its early days with spotless thermals. Beyond quality of work, Mike offered an excellent quality of service, working around my schedule to make it easy for me to drop and pick up the laptop, provided plenty of info and feedback, and sent through pictures of the work being done as I am aiming to sell the laptop.I am super happy with the service - laptops can be very personal items and it is difficult to find people you can trust for repairs. Mike is definitely one of them so don't hesitate if you need anything fixed!

Called Mike to ask for some advice regarding a repair. Unlike other IT repair services he gave me genuinely the best and cheapest advice, even though it meant I wouldn't be employing his services. Shows that he’s genuine and trustworthy.

I brought Mike a cracked touch screen laptop which I had almost given up repairing as seen as “non economic”by others. But Mike fixed it beautifully. Really great service, cost effective too as Mike is good at sourcing spare parts second hand. Can highly recommend.

Laptop stopped booting up at worst possible time, none of the Dell forum solutions worked. I was looking at hundreds for a part replacement or even more for a new laptop. Mike took it on, fixed it quickly, and bonus I didn't lose any data! Really nice, polite and friendly guy. Highly reccomend!

I highly recommend Mike for PC repairs. When my computer was taking an unusually long time (30 minutes to 2 hours) to boot up, I brought it to him. In just 10 days, he successfully fixed it. Now, when I turn on the computer at home, it only takes 15 seconds from pressing the button to opening an app. Additionally, I found his services to be very affordable. Moreover, the place where I bought the PC didn't want anything to do with it, as it was out of warranty, and they were going to charge almost as much as Mike did, just for the shipping! Mike is brilliant! As a freelancer I need my computer for work but unexpectedly it froze completely and nothing would unfreeze it.
