It's a mental.health place it telephone ppl to check if they are OK due to covid all service not open just phone calls ot and service usersSeen in person .

where are the receptionists been trying to telephone Swanswell Point all morning - no-one ever answers the phone - not good.

Social worker Extremely Ignorant and Misleading Doesn't Listen to my needs Receptionists are not Empathetic atall called Up for past week trying to speak to a responsible Social worker who will Consider me a Person With needs been told ide recive an emergency call back NO CALL BACK THEY DO NOT CARE UNLESS YOU ARE UNWELL CRITICALLY

Absolute rubbish service! My sister is a patient it’s very difficult to get in touch with the team. They never come back on queries when I follow up with them over the phone. It takes ages to get an appointment with the psychiatric dr. Also Sarah that treated her today has done the injection really harshly and my sister cried, because it was so painful! This never happened before! They take no consideration of the patient which is really disappointing to see. They hid my sister file when she was present in the appointment which is concerning as I am unsure of whether they registered the correct dose of medication on her.

Things are going well , I’m making good recovery and children are happy to see a well mummy ,( don’t know about all the cut backs to mental health services though)

As an x service user, One of thier teams, had abused me and used same techniques used in interrogation and cross examination to acquire every single information about my life so they can apparently match it with care needed. When plan failed and i started to confront , They didn't provide the care at the end, provided false hopes, mixed the right with the wrong and rubbed salts in the wounds. I have no family or friends to turn to, so it was dealt in the house" nothing but a place of nepotism and favouring colleagues

I was diagnosed with BPD in 2011, I always thought it was something else and that I had been misdiagnosed and never fully understood or listened too. Well after a long wait I have just completed my 6 week assessment to be told they are pretty certain it is not BPD and that my assessment shows I have extremely high trates of autism. I kind of feel relieved to have finally been listened to and took seriously. I really can't thank the ladies who did my assessment enough, your angels. Hopefully now I can move forward and get the right help I need.

Absolutely shocking. No support or acknowledgment to a family member suffering with psychosis. Doctors and carers always have a slow action plan, which leads to patient deterioration.Swanswell point specialise in cases for Psychosis, therefore we would expect them to recognise when a patient isn't well. Instead the family is struggling to cope and the patient shows no signs of improvement. So naturally, we are going to call 'continuously' to ask what is happening.I also recommend you review your receptionist as their tone towards me and my family on the phone was upsetting, especially when we are all worried sick trying to deal with something they won't help us fix.Swanswell point show carelessness and lack of interest. These behaviours are not acceptable when it comes to mental health.
