The solicitors who just don't want to talk. Emailed 5 days ago for a home report for a property they were apparently selling, got no response. I saw the home report was on the advert, so emailed again today to try and arrange a viewing, no response. Called Friday, Monday and twice today (Tuesday) but rings out and then goes to a BT answer phone. I'm assuming they don't make many sales when they act so unprofessionally.UPDATE:Thank you for your response Melissa.Your colleague contacted this morning to apologise and explain that you had a large backlog of work to get through as there had been a bank holiday and a huge level of interest in the property.Appreciate you both taking the time to respond and in aiming to rectify the situation.Kind regardsNeil
