CRASH Services, Accident Management Belfast

Further to an accident, CRASH took on everything on my behalf. From arranging a hire car through insurance, to liaising with the other party solicitors and arranging for an assessment of the damage to my car at my home address

I was involved in a crash, not my fault. I needed my vehicle as it was a business vehicle. I spoke to Crash services and I have to say, absolutely excellent in every way. They had me back on the road within 2 days! Very competent and knowledgable staff, not to mention kind and friendly. Not much else to say, other than they really do take the worry off your shoulders and deal with the whole process swiftly and with the customer in mind at every corner. Thanks again guys! Hope I don't have to speak to you again! lol

Considering that I am a foreigner who does not always come into contact with friendly people. Crash Servis communicated with me in a very professional and friendly manner, specifically Una and Kathy, as well as the engineer and the legal office. If your ever in an accident and at your Witt's end don't no were to turn then contact crash services they will do everything from start to finish and it won't cost you a penny as all costs are picked up from other insurance company. Go give them a try you won't be disappointed they keep you informed every step of the way. Iv used them now at least 3/4 times this service will even deal with any personal injuries if you have any this will be handled by a very good solicitors firm based in Newry go give it a try youv nothing to loose and everything to gain including a loan car right up till yours is bk on the road.

Outstanding service, had a wally rear end my car on Friday at 4pm.Quick phone call and car booked into the shop for repairs, and a new 2023 Merc delivered to my door the next morning.Superb service ;-)

Would absolutely recommend crash services to anyone who’s been in an accident. I was hit by another car and the crash services team took over everything, so I just had to take my car to the mechanic to get fixed. It was such a weight off my mind knowing that all the insurance and legal side of things was being taken care of! Everyone I spoke to was so professional and reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend!
