Interesting Cambridge bar/restaurant close to the Fitzwilliam Museum and about 15 minutes walk from the Station. As the name suggests, the bar/restaurant is located in a building that had functioned as a bicycle shop for 173 years.We visited at 2:30 on a weekday afternoon when the premises were nearly empty and we were offered the lunch and brunch menus. We had three small plates: smashed avocado toast, eggs Florentine and eggs Josephine (with portobello mushrooms). These dishes were quite tasty but the eggs were very overcooked!Positively the Old Bicycle Shop offers one cask beer on handpump. When we visited it was Barsham's Norfolk Topper.

Selected this restaurant for it's vegetarian options. Amazing starter of baked courgette and whipped feta. Tasted fresh with great textures and flavours.However the main of spinach gnocchi was dense and stodgy. It didn't taste cooked and for the price charged, expected much better.Service was fairly slow with over half hour wait for main.

Great service, great cocktails, and delicious food. This was the best dining experience we had in 4 days in Cambridge, and an instant favourite when we return. Their Tandem sharing board was generous and could be shared by 3-4 as a starter. The hummus was unique and delicious, and the plant based cheese was unreal. Normally hate aubergine, but theirs was so good I kept going back for more. We also had delicious mains: a seasonal special of butternut squash ravioli, and a regular menu item of lentil curry that my husband loved. Topped it all off with a very tasty Sticky Toffee Pudding. Their coffee was even top tier. Honestly can’t recommend enough.

After searching around Cambridge for somewhere trendy and a good atmosphere we stumbled upon here, we were seated pretty much as soon as we got in with some speedy service that we could not fault, served by Coco who had a exceptional level of service with a smile, had excellent recommendations, barmen really good too with great service when asking them opening times and times of service. Would return just for the quality of food and top notch service. We love you coco thank you for an exception service x

Christmas party for work, advertised a 3 course meal. I paid for this only to be told they cant do a gluten free roast nor any gluten free dessert. I might add the gluten free options that they did do were extremely minimal and poor. So after paying 35, i had a bit of venison, some veg and some potatoes. Do better.

Tasty brunch menu, but would love to see more savoury vegan items on there. Cute atmosphere and friendly staff, perfect for a weekend brunch and great for visitors to Cambridge as it's decor is very local"!"

Expensive Small portions. Gave a lot Sides and was tasty like the roast potatoes. Extremely slow service and they forgot multiple times our drinks but the waitress offered a double so made up for it. they only remembered our desserts when we decided to cancel. Wouldn’t visit again

We were a party of three. All of us were disappointed in the food received. Menu is interesting but pricey. Service was exceedingly slow, which was fine for us as we were having a good natter but I wouldn’t go there unless I had oodles of time. Atmosphere was good and the venue pleasant.

Cafe Mocha was delightful! Also the restaurant is super packed so it’s best to do a reservation, I just got lucky as I was alone and grabbing a coffee
