10/10 would NOT recommend this business. Recovered a sales car of mine, only to insecurely winch the vehicle. The vehicle subsequently rolled off their transporter through next doors fence.Initially they accepted responsibility as it was clearly an inexperienced recovery driver in a panic.After realising how much damage they had caused they refused to rectify the issue. Making various excuses about the towing eye which should’ve never been used as it was corroded. We have used at least 5 other companies since and not one has winched a vehicle from a corroded towing eye, they have sufficient equipment to unload vehicles safelyNow I have had to pay to have the vehicle repaired and pay for materials + time to repair the damaged fence which was left over a footpath. This has costed in excess of £1000!I would also just like to make you aware that the council are hoping to prosecute for the way it was left over a public pavement.I’d you are reading this please choose another company to avoid this happening to you
