I came down from Brighton and met at the station in the car we were purchasing Audi RS5 my dream car, this has to be one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had great service very polite nothing at all two much trouble. Went to have a look at a car they advertised on auto trader. Looks good and a reasonable price. I drove an hour to find the car in a state!!Filthy and with massive scratches and dents that weren't on the pictures.Salesman looked like he'd walked in off the street.That place was a scrap yard and I certainly wouldn't trust them

Bought a 525d from Russell Street Motors. Great, friendly service. Bought the car on the condition of sorting one of the boot strutts. The chap sorted it all out, keeping me regularly informed. Was also prepared to deliver the part to my home address on his own time. This kind of service is very rare nowadays, would highly recommend.

I do not recommend this seller, have broken cars and wan big money !!!! Waranty cover only 1000£,big dodgy!!! Those who bought and were satisfied were very lucky. Otherwise it's rubbish, works fine for a week to 3 weeks and then reality!!

Bought a Seat Leon from Russell Street Motors and I’m thoroughly pleased with the car, the price and the service I received.Usman agreed to put the car through an MOT for me as only had 5 months left on it, it passed with a couple of advisories…. They went above and beyond and did the advisories, which I wasn’t expecting this pleased me so much.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and I would use them again.

I bought a golf from Russel Street Motors in December 2013, I had excellent service and hassle free driving for 3 years, I was very pleased with my purchase. So in December 2016 when I wanted to up grade my car I went back to Russel Street Motors to get my new golf. Once again I got excellent service and would go back again. Great service, bought a Peugeot 307 there about a week ago, drove great on the test drive and on my trip home the next day I ended up with a rattle in my engine, took it to the garage and after having a diagnosis from the garage I've rang up Russell street motors and spoke to the owner, I've explained the situation. (I did understand that when you buy an older car with a decent amount off miles that some minor problems might occur but this was a bit more then a minor problem and it's something that happened out off nowhere.) I came to an agreement with Russell street motors to get the problem resolved and I'm very happy with the solution that they offered, and how they resolved everything. My compliments for the service and I would definitely buy another car from them again.
