Worst place to order take away. Took 2 hours to deliver our food

After my experience via the Just Eat app, my family was left disappointed.When the app stated that our order had arrived and clearly didn't, I called the Dallas chicken and the stated that it would be a further 10 mins. 20 minutes later it arrived cold.

I started ordering from here about 6 months ago. I've probably had about 6 - 7 orders since and my experience has been up and down to say the least. Firstly, I've a really strong suspicion the tall skinny guy is racist towards white people. I don't know why, I just get that feeling when I interact with him - he is a lot friendlier with asian backgrounds (similiar to his own I'm guessing). One occasion he saw I was waiting, and made me wait a good few minutes before eventually taking my order, I honestly nearly reached that point where I just walked off. On the other hand, at least the guy can take an accurate order. The other staff there don't know how to take a simple order. One guy couldn't understand the simple concept of a deal that includes 2 burgers, and 1 burger on the side, separate to the deal = 3 burgers in total. In the end, after about 5 minutes of getting nowhere, he had to revert to his colleague! If they can't do that, it makes you wonder if they are capable of following basic food hygiene standards/cooking guidelines. Initially the first few meals made me think this place is actually really good value vs KFC, particularly if you take advantage of their deals. Chicken was great quality and the fries really are great. But once or twice. The chicken has been downright disgusting, once it tasted under-cooked and slimy and had me thinking I would probably get food poisoning the next day (thankfully, I didn't). Another the chicken was just really really dark. Made me think it must have had cancer, or was a really really bad batch of chicken. Why is it ending up on my plate in the first place? I wondered. The problem this place has is poor customer service and inconsistent quality of food - so I think the 3 star review is a fair one. If they got those right, I'd be going here a lot. But its not a nice feeling not knowing whether you are about to waste your money on a poorly cooked meal, I've since just stopped taking the gamble and reverted back to going to harry's haddocks who are fantastic in both (albeit its different food entirely as a chippy).

Ate in one time with some friends. Quick service. Food served fresh and seating was available (and clean). Card payment accepted.This was , however 3 years ago. Management has now changed and I am unsure of weather this level of quality service and food is still available

Dont order trough phone ever from this takeaway, if you going to place an order and they will write it wrong its gonna be your fault not theirs, and food is cold and they dont care at all. Ive been 3 years with them and after call im done with them forever. And will tell all my friends who used to go to this takeway. Evening messed up, we didn't get what asked, and we have to order food from other takeaway. -5 sars

Extremely rude delivery driver. Late delivery of the food by approx 15mins. Wrong pizza delivered. Rest of the food was stone cold. When calling the company to ask for the correct pizza to be delivered that I had paid for they simply refused to replace the pizza stating “everybody makes mistakes”. Never have I ever experienced such shocking customer service like this on every level. Do not waste your time ordering from these people.

Sorry guys but it has been the worse food as I am use to your other branch pizza amore on foleshill road and their food is definitely quality.Your pizza was tasteless and hard as if its been cooked and its dough is well chewy.Southerfried chicken was without the southerfried batter. Only fried chicken.Very disappointed from you.

Busy Friday which is understandable but a 2 hour delay on food, no informing, no call to say they're busy - this is not acceptable. Called them and they just hung up when we complained. Drove over to get food that we paid for and they just apologised and said food is hot now, which is how it should be anyways. Customer service could be improved. People skills, another story. Won't be ordering from here from next time.

Very satisfied with my order. All items arrived in my delivery, it was hot and delicious upon arrival, reasonably priced with good portion size, fast service and really tasty! Definitely ordering from here again! Would recommend to friends!

Probably one of the best hot wings I've tasted. Crunchy skin, tender flesh and good size. The burgers are really good as well as the nuggets. The pieces of chicken are fine whilst the chops aren't good, they are really flimsy and lack crunch.Deliveries sometimes come late.Me and my flatmates order the wings on a weekly basis. I would recommend this shop solely for the wings.
