For a small shop, it has some very nice products - eg; good quality sliced sourdough bread, excellent butter croissants, Frank Cooper's marmalade, Lindt chocolate, a good selection of breakfast cereals and muesli and a fair range of fresh fruit and veg. I'm always popping in there.Negative points: 1- people shopping with no masks. 2 - some staff stacking shelves not wearing masks. 3. Security staff no longer there to enforce mask wearing.

My only problem like many supermarkets is the self service till always has problems. Really don't like them & regret using as soon as supervisor required" comes up.Edit:Customer service is appalling. Staff rude & really don't want to deal with parcels

I used this store address to deliver parcels through Collect +.Employees get unhappy when they find out I don’t have a bar code and some team leaders are angry and don’t want to look. One of my parcels was lost. Thanks to Kevin.

A good shop if you're looking for a purchase late in the evening but as you find in any mini version of Tesco, they don't carry a large variety of choice if you're looking for a lot of ingredients for a specific meal. For example Tinned tomatoes usually appear as 80p own brand or expensive brand leader. I prefer the choice of the big store where I can get value tomatoes for the base of a curry or chilli.However fine for snacks ready meals milk and bread.

Tesco express in Leagrave having extremely poor customer service especially a man called Rupan (guy with the spectacles, short, mid age )Try to avoid this man as this is the 2nd time when I am struggling to proceed with a normal service!!! My mainly concern was that he kept asking me for my personal details when he had the chance to look at for more 3to4min and eventually when my documents was returned to me, he kept asking to see them ! He could not manage to resolve a simple issue, so he had to call the manager to step In which I was so glad to be referred to as he seemed to understand how ridiculous the situation was! GDPR law it’s very serious, but this person hardly understood the amount of pressure he created with store full of people! Hopefully the management team will take care of it as this is not a one off situation!

Absolutely discussed by staff, so rude and disrespectful. Refusing to serve customers for not wanting a bag, when they demand you take a bag when customer explained she didn’t need one. Staff are never in uniform always looking scruffy not even a name badge. Most discussing Tesco I’ve even been to. One member of staff that is always very rude no customer service what so ever, apparently he’s step up shift leader wearing trainers a tracksuit no name badge and refusing to sever not only vulnerable adults but children too, named only by what he said Usman or Osman Asian guy with glasses most disrespectful human being in Tesco I’ve come across. NOT EVEN WORTH RATING THIS STORE, A ZERO.

Really poor and an unpleasant experience.Once inside, there’s a really bad smell all around the store.The staff are quite rude and too laid back.No proper uniforms and earphones in when serving customers.Tesco Limbury Mead is much better.

During the current problems with Covid19 and social distancing, not least whilst shopping for essentials - this local store has set a fine example, and accordingly, I highly commend Tesco in general, and the staff herein at Sundon in particular. Overall, it is spot on - and therefore extremely fit for purpose.
